15-Day Return Window
You may return a product within 15 calendar days of delivery, whether it is defective, incorrect or no longer required. This policy also applies to discounted and sale products.
For change-of-mind returns, products must be new, unused and in their original packaging, with labels, accessories and any original seals intact. Please include your invoice or order confirmation and any promotional gifts supplied with the returned product.
For products received damaged, defective or incorrect, contact our support team with your order number and details of the issue. Please provide photographs where possible to help us arrange the appropriate return, replacement or refund.
How to Arrange a Return

Free Returns
Eligible returns through our designated drop-off process are free of charge. We do not charge return shipping or restocking fees.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged, subject to replacement stock availability. Our team will confirm availability and the expected dispatch date.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose a refund. Any price difference for an alternative product will be explained before the exchange is confirmed.
Refunds
For eligible returns, we refund the amount paid for the returned product. Refunds are completed within 15 calendar days of receiving the returned product, including inspection and processing.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Where this is not possible, our team will agree on an appropriate refund method with you. We will notify you once the refund has been processed.
